Please note at HOUSE OF YANDS, all products are handmade and personally customised. Processing may take longer due to the high demand of orders. 1-4 day processing is the regular duration. However, if there are any hold ups, we will inform you via email. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA ROYAL MAIL & EVRI. We are currently shipping to the UK, UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

SIZING

ALL LASH PRODUCTS DO NOT NEED ANY SIZING. ALL PRESS ON SETS ARE MEASURED VIA THE SIZE OF NAIL BEDDING. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE ACCIDENTALLY SIZED WRONG, DM US ON INSTAGRAM AND WE WILL RESIZE FOR YOU FREE OF CHARGE.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer any refunding. If your package has been lost, or damaged in the post, please note that this is NOT our fault. If you are not happy with a specific art of your order, we may fix it free of charge.

CLIENT CAMS AND REVIEWS

All client cams and reviews will automatically be submitted to our instagram page. If you wish for it to be removed, please contact us directly.
